How can AI help my business if I do not know where to start?
Start with one recurring task that costs your team time, causes errors or slows a handoff. Bring a recent example, an estimate of its frequency and cost, and the tools involved. We use the free initial consultation to identify what needs further investigation and whether AI or automation is a sensible fit.
What is the difference between AI automation and agentic AI?
Workflow automation follows defined steps and rules. AI can help interpret text, classify information or draft content within that workflow. Agentic AI can select steps and use connected tools toward a goal. Greater autonomy needs clear permissions, limits, monitoring and human approval for consequential actions.
Can AI work with our CRM, spreadsheets and existing software?
Often, but compatibility must be checked. We assess available integrations, data access, data quality and system limitations before recommending a build. We also compare existing software with custom development so you can choose an approach that makes business sense.
How much does an AI consulting or implementation project cost?
There is no single price that fits every workflow. Cost depends on scope, integration complexity, data preparation, human review, testing and ongoing usage. The initial consultation is free. Detailed discovery, feasibility work and implementation are scoped separately before paid work begins, including expected operating costs.
How do we know whether an AI project is worth pursuing?
Compare the current cost of the problem with the expected improvement and the full cost of building and running a solution. Agree on a measurable pilot target, such as processing time, error rate or turnaround time. Use the pilot results to decide whether to expand, change direction or stop.
How do you handle privacy and human oversight?
Discovery identifies sensitive information, access permissions, retention needs and the decisions that must remain with a person. These requirements inform the design and choice of tools. Please use anonymized examples in the consultation form; do not submit customer records or confidential information.
Could government grants help fund an Ontario AI project?
We can assess potential grants and incentives as part of deeper project discovery. Eligibility depends on your business, location, project scope and the rules of each program. Funding is not guaranteed, and eligibility, eligible expenses and application timing must be verified before relying on a program.
